I could see this working for creators who only have to manage < 100 users but for bigger creators I don't really know how you'd be expected to keep track of regular payments from that many people AND make sure none of them accidentally reveal to payment processors that they're buying 18+ material

The biggest hurdles imo are managing user info/payments and handling age verification in a way that guarantees user privacy. I really don't know how you can do payment processing for something like this without relying on cryptocurrency and that probably kills the project immediately.
