long time no updates, been busy at my new job!! it’s great, the work is interesting and I can finally enjoy working again! i get so much freedom and control over the things i get to work on :))

signed the new contract and quit my old job a few days ago!!!

it’s just sad because when i got here 3yrs ago i really liked it and the atmosphere was so much better.

i have my final interview at the end of march, if i get it, i’m quitting as soon as i sign the contract at the new firm.

i’m also most likely taking the month off when i have my resignation period.

my mental health is deteriorating at this firm

the software is not built for what they’re pushing, at least not within the timeline they’re planning.

the people at the firm i wanna work at liked my solution to the challenge and my personal website, so i’m optimistic

i seriously cannot wait to quit my job.

it’s been so stressful, the management can’t handle their shit and they don’t know know how much work goes into working on old software (with a shit ton of technical debt).
