Probably just a reception issue. I got this...

The Switzerland of hotels? No thank you...
I know, I know. But look, I don't get a lot of institutional validation so I cherish what comes my way.

That sounds like a good idea. I might peruse some cave listings later.
The "so-and-so hates America" argument has been pushed for so long now that I find it hard to believe anyone can't see it as projection at this point. It's clearly projection. Why would they want to make it "great again" if they didn't hate it as-is?

I'm loving that you're in this for the long game :)

This is how I access Bluesky...
The guy got popular for paying his social media handlers to stoop to Trump's level. I don't see why he should be rewarded for that. The whole situation is gross.
Sports should be about community building, and at a certain level they are. However, professional sports wear "community" as a costume while they pick your pocket and generate unnecessary interpersonal conflict.
Which isn't to say that competitive sports lack any value at all. All I'm saying is that the word "tradition" is extremely loaded. It's a moat intended to repel people who dare question the validity of any established institution, and it gets invoked a lot in sports discussion.
Public stadium financing, tax structures, the ratio of public subsidy to community benefit, the labor economics of the actual athletes versus the ownership class. It's a remarkably efficient wealth transfer mechanism wrapped in "community identity."
I think it's time to have a long think about precisely what kind of value sports provide and compare that to the value we've assigned them. I don't think that equation is very balanced, but that's just a hypothesis.

I still can...
I assume "can't log in" actually means someone finally patched the hole in their roof and you're stuck with building a tree nest like everyone else?
Yep. And that's precisely why I'm ignoring you. Toodles.
The hidden cost of hustle culture. They don't tell you that part at the motivational presentations.
I've never met a dog that I've wanted to ignore.
This is what Sam Altman signed on for. Kinda makes his folksy PR tone a little more enraging, doesn't it?
I love that ๐
Especially in Canada. We don't have pennies anymore. Export that shit and make bank.
Sources matter, and you aren't the one who gets paid to know better.
Here, screenshot this for evidence:
ficklenuts is absolutely a bot. Obviously so. I don't know you, but if you fell for the human routine that's going to be a lot of shame to process and I wish you luck.
Godspeed, fellow human.
