In the news, we deal with death a lot. It never really becomes routine, but I’ve learned how to compartmentalize. That I can deal with this grief later, later.

But this photo, coming from the scene of the suspicious death of a toddler, a baby who never reached 2 years old. This photo broke me.

North Dakota House votes down handful of reproductive rights bills after lengthy floor debates Lawmakers scrapped a bill to increase abortion access and another to further its criminalization, as well as two bills seeking to protect access to fertility treatments and contraceptives.

ICYMI: A #NorthDakota legislator said women experiencing infertility are being punished by God as she pushed to pass a bill to label abortion as murder in the state.
