Megaplex is in Florida, it’s a fun convention

Understandable, I was in Vegas many years ago in July and it was awful

I live in the southeast where it don’t get that hot but the humidity takes getting used to

i live in the southeast, i like it better than waking up in the cold and having to go to work

making the mall fun again to hang out :3

I miss the orange sodium lamps. Yes it made the night time all orange tinted but the lighting wasn’t so dang harsh

My suggestion too would be a volunteer to get out of line program

Like if you volunteer to be a gopher and whatnot for the reg team to keep them at the computers you get your tag after say an hour or two of volunteering, so if you’re gunna wait at least you can do something rather than stand around

The accessibility line worked pretty well for me, this guy gave me a post it note time to come back, I did and I got my tag no problem

I have flat feet and problems standing for too long so I hope conventions can find a way to get this registration thing sorted

With the cheap looking cal arts bean mouth style, lame predictable stories, and overall a lack of artistic quality like you see in the late 90s/early 2000s cartoons having less gay in their movies is the least of their problems

And that’s why people wait two hours in line for pre reg nowadays

Hopefully they got a better registration system this year, makes you wonder why no convention has ever tried just mailing people the badges in advanced

I heard the big pool is closed for refurbishment around the time of megaplex

We might have crossed paths and not even know it, my only criticism is the artist alley door was exit only, forcing you to walk all the way around just to get there

What’s wrong with Megaplex?? I went there last year and it was one of the best furry cons I ever been to

I’m saying in general I like to hear about what happens after the convention especially when it’s one I’m not at

The big drama, big event, some random thing that has everybody talking

I love the gossip after the convention to figure out what “the big one” was lol

Imma guess some drug overdose and random hostility towards American furries traveling to Canada for the convention
