I do feel that we’re at an incredibly important point in the Switch 2’s life though, it’s past the point of early adopters buying it and they need to bolster its lineup of exclusives to convince more Switch 1 owners that it’s worth upgrading.
I hope people buy a Switch 2 to play Mario Tennis Fever.
I never thought Nintendo would do this. Preserving a geniunely lost, canceled game that has never seen the light of day is such an incredibly cool thing to do.
They probably have so much stuff like this archived that nobody knows about, too. I really hope they consider doing this for other consoles.
Of course it’s impossible to tell with trailers especially when they’re so short, I’m sure it will be a fun movie either way. I just hope for a bit more than a ‘fun movie’ this time around.
I had hoped this movie would be a little deeper than the first plot-wise, but currently it looks more like a mishmash of a bunch of characters and worlds from different Mario games that I’m not quite sure how they’ll connect.
I at least hope Rosalina has her story… somewhere in the movie.
World does so many things right, being able to freely explore and play themed missions is such a cool idea. I hope DLC for this game takes the form of new islands because a Wuhuu Island island with missions sprinkled throughout would be incredible. There is so much potential here.
I hate how much this kind of thing is being pushed now, especially when it's being pushed in the places people pay thousands to go to build their game development careers.
Of the people there, surely there's an artist who could help.
And if not, free game assets exist.
Or stock images of Luigi.
If they're going this route, I'd better be able to call Luigi for help in the next God of War game.

Just watched it and it was incredible.
I grew up watching the shorts and Curse of the Were Rabbit so I was really hoping this movie would faithfully continue that legacy and not just be a cash grab, and it absolutely does. So much charm, it feels like a love letter to W&G fans and I’m so happy.
I can’t believe I found The Guy from the Phillips Oneblade advertisements and various other Voice Acting roles! Nobody will believe me, I need to take a picture before he starts sliding to the lef- HEY! COME BACK!
