Apparently there is a way to do it right inside CUCM without CUBE but I haven’t gotten to snag those instructions yet

Ngl I’ve got enough Cisco phones at this point that I’m considering setting up a CUCM lab and trunking that back to FreePBX down the line. Always wanted to mess with it and a few friends are currently setting up systems with it

I can’t even count the amount of hours I spent getting the USECALLMANAGER patch working for the 8800 series with FreePBX and the old SCCP stuff x3 This was a walk in the park in comparison

Cisco just started selling these guys this year! It’s actually really easy to use FreePBX since the 9800 series do both 3PCC and Enterprise mode out of the box. Just open the web UI on first boot and add SIP credentials from FreePBX.
