Lmao I had to do testing through a behavioral therapist and they can’t actually prescribe medication, so yes I was recommended podcasts and a 12 week zoom/in person program at the end. 😅 But I did need to go through her for my regular doctor to prescribe actual meds, so it was a net positive.

It’s Ozzy day!! One year since we brought Outside Cat inside. He showed up in our backyard one day and I fell in love with him immediately, so sweet and gentle. We asked around the neighborhood and got in touch with a lady who’d been feeding him for a couple months - she said we should take him in.
I also eat the crumbs and the extra cheese straight off the pan. It’s fun to be a lil goblin sometimes.
