Would make sense to want some games broadcast for free over a local station to help build the fanbase.

KTLA owner Nextstar has been expanding on local CW Sports programming.

KCOP could become an Anaheim Sports network

One interesting model that the Angels could pursue for their TV broadcast is a hybrid model:

* Angels tv subscription for most games

* Free OTA games on a network such as KTLA/KCAL/KCOP

* Remaining games (excluding national) on an MLB produced channel sold through cable
