In 2025 we are paying attention to publishers who use groups of white only or white majority people to promote their content in actual plays. It’s not just the actual play studios who need to be held accountable.

Is there a reason a Drow-based supplement publisher is backing a kickstarter for an almost 100%, if not 100% white actual play? (Dungeon Delvers) on kickstarter? I’m from the Pittsburgh area and a lot of us are against their lack of visible diversity and lack of statement about it.

Moving means an official TTRPG sized table and new shelves!!! 🫶🏻

2025 Update since leaving the streaming side of the TTRPG community to fix my finances 🫶🏻

- I’ve officially paid off half of my debt. Half. I can hardly believe I can say it out loud.
- I unfortunately had to buy a new car… a major setback, but I was putting more in it than it was worth. 1/3

Adding someone’s Kofi link or GoFundMe page to your stream is just as easy as setting up a donation page for anyone else by the way. :)

If your year-end recap of charities is more important to your brand than helping your neighbor for mutual aid.. this post is not in any way for you. You’re allowed to care about charities. They do help.. but you should also care about your fellow actors in marginalized communities.

Can 2025 please be the year we as a community centralize fundraising events for those we share space/streams with over large corporations that have the benefit of advertising and writing off their taxes while our own people don’t have access to stable WiFi? ☺️ If this is a hot take I’m not sorry.

Today, they posted in another group, so I mentioned their previous response in a comment in an attempt to protect the marginalized creators being targeted by them, myself included, and now their page *magically no longer exists.*

They are all over Facebook looking for new members, so I asked them what their diversity standards were given they originally posted in a D&d LGBT/diversity page. They have none and sure used a lot of words to say it.

If your community allows “everyone who applies” to join and does not vet the folks in the spotlight/stream/room where it happens for diversity, it is not a safe space.

Someone please tell the Firebreathing Kittens Podcast that blocking me was NOT the move for calling them out. 😇 Ew

I know it’s annoying and triggering.. but I can name at least one white person who was significantly called out for mistreating a BIPOC name in this space who made NO STATEMENT on Twitter and is now posting again here like nothing happened…. It’s already going down.

Reminder to go through your block list on Twitter and reblock them here if they have the same name for marketing purposes because.. they can always rebrand after a month or so.
