As a parent, I get it. But Dems can’t run around for a decade screaming ‘existential threat to democracy and the rule of law’ and then thumb our noses at the rule of law. This was a decision by a dad, not a commander in chief. Dems need to own this and stop making excuses.

And may need General Assembly to require some of that data to be generated by election admins. Some of that data is not collected. I’d be happy to help with generating the right FOIA requests if there’s a research group equipped to analyze it.

This tracks here in Arkansas as well. Despite legislative efforts to put election administration in political party control, our Courts are still listening to voters. Not so much special interest groups. But they listened to the voters in West Memphis this cycle.
