💰 Can I donate to help GLPC?
We’re so grateful that so many of you already want to support what we’re building! Right now, we’re still in our early planning and venue proposal stages, so we don’t have donations or fundraising open just yet.
🦋 What about GLPC’s mascots?
We do have mascots in development! Each one highlights a different side of Michigan — from the lakes and nature to the food and automotive spirit that make our state unique. Stay tuned — we think you’ll love them! 💚
🎠 What age range is GLPC for?
GLPC is an all-ages convention designed to bring fans together across generations. During the day, we’ll have panels, games, and activities for everyone to enjoy. In the evenings, we’ll also host a few 18+ After Dark events for our adult attendees.
📍 Do you have a location yet?
We’re currently reviewing three potential venues in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula that offer fantastic amenities and accessible travel options. We’ll be reaching out for proposals very soon and will share updates once things are finalized!
❓ Is GLPC a retaliation against another con?
Absolutely not! The idea began as a casual “what if” conversation during a Twitch stream about how to run a convention centered on community & creativity. After talking with close friends & developing the concept, GLPC was born!
