Even Dr. Seuss's "Hop on Pop" slips in big words (Constantinople and Timbuktu)
The βsunlight on demandβ folks have already reached escape velocity-level hubris.
βIβm not learning your damn languageβ is diplomatic-speak for βIβm a raging assholeβ
Nothing positive comes from unleashing tech-empowered but otherwise utterly ignorant young bros - guided by simplistic, moronic objectives - on the work of serious scholars and researchers.
Who knows?
By the administrationβs logic maybe itβs a 73-year-old war, and the US started it.
"Even after that, they didn't have that. They didn't come to the table with a willingness to give it away."
Impeach Hegseth
Hegseth should never have been confirmed.
Hell no
Trouble ahead, trouble behind
βWelcome to your new AI assistantβ is just natureβs way of saying βYour tech overlords hate you and want to see you deadβ
Whatever human malice may or may not have been involved in this incident, to the extent that AI systems are fed on data streams leavened with both racism and idiocy, the results will likely reproduce racism and idiocy.
I think I found two fraudsters already
Congrats Michael!
Wait until Sam Altman hears about all the food it takes to keep a human alive for another 60-some years after it turns 20.
Trumpβs army
You nailed it
Got it - thanks!! but isnβt the lack of clear guidance on the timeframe for adjusting an issue?
The law as written inadvertently sets a trap for resettled refugees. Previous administrations chose not to spring this trap, and humanely implemented rules that made it possible for refugees to deal with this otherwise impossible situation. Cue the bad-faith approach of the current administration.

Younger generations havenβt forgotten about climate change. Itβs their future. Many of the 4 million-plus who turn 18 each year are highly motivated to punish at the voting booth any politician trying to tell us that climate change is a hoax.
The hypocrisy that is "beyond the pale" is pretending that the SAVE act addresses a serious problem (vote fraud, which is nearly-nonexistent), while at the same time pretending that SAVE isn't it all about vote suppression (which it is).
Rule of law isn't an a la carte menu.
At the same time, tech bros think every lane is their lane.
We're seeing the convergence of the twin Big Lies - that there is massive voter fraud, and the equating of immigrants with criminality - around a single "solution": deployment of a militarized national police force whose actions routinely violate the constitution.
Evil nihilistic morons
The tech-bro-ocracy thinks every lane is their lane.
This is a shitty way to run a country.
