Agree. Most fans I know are sticklers for the early stuff. Admittedly the bass & drum playing is hyper simplified… but IMO Eliminator is wildly sticky in that simplicity. The synthetic “gloss” is so out of place for a blues jam band but it FUCKIN WORKS.
The “boys are strong and girls are weak” trope is insultingly stupid and just fucking boring at this point. It’s even in the gameplay mechanics. YAWN. I expect better and more thoughtful gameplay from my industry. No further questions.
If you’re a fan and like me especially dig 1-4, Resident Evil Requiem has the juice. Great callback to old mechanics and looks great to boot. HOWEVER…

Sentimental Value is an incredible film. Emotional and heavy and you may find yourself consoling someone in the room at some point, but incredible.
