I can relate. I remember thinking… I can’t be THAT f*cking broken! But there’s so much overlap of symptoms between all the different disorders and not all of them present themselves at all times. Try to take it day by day, situation by situation. Hang in there. It’ll get easier #MentalHealthMatters
