Unfortunately we just heard from #DFO who states they are not responsible for enforcement of #FisheriesAct. That is #ECCC. Toxic levels 1600% over and feds DO NOTHING! #unregulated #unpermitted #shipbreaking in an EBSA / IBA and immediately beside families with children.
