I like the Woolen signing. I’d be lying if I said I’d ever heard of “Johnny Mundt” before tonight.

Interesting that Goedert, Blankenship, and Dean are all still hanging out there.
$17 million guaranteed?!?
Hard to believe we haven’t seen a market-setting Charlie Kolar contract yet.
If you like a guy, you should not give him the chance to hit the market, especially in an era where there’s more cap available than there are good free agents.
Howie’s new no-midyear-extensions policy is going to make it harder to retain any expiring player.
I would not have paid $30m APY for Jaelan Phillips, so letting him go is fine.
AJ is a better, more important player, and the Eagles would be eating a chunk of his cap hit.
My read continues to be that other teams (& media) want the Eagles to trade AJ much more than the Eagles want to trade AJ.
If Trent McDuffie can get a first and a third, why are so many people confident the Eagles can’t do better than a second for AJ Brown?

The European mind could not comprehend.
I’ll accept that I’m in the minority that can’t stand Kruk (or TMac). But does anyone have a lower approval rating than Ben Davis? Has he ever added a single worthwhile thing to a moment of a broadcast? Inexplicable stuff all around.
I’m pretty sure my comically large 2006ish flyers Forsberg sweater would only fit me today
The way the Twitter algorithm in particular increasingly elevates divisive content is very corrosive. No matter what topic it thinks I’m interested in, it always wants to show me the most aggressive and antisocial views. This is the result.

Will be happy to never see the Microsoft AI commercial -- featuring an NFL scout who apparently has no idea how to sort and filter an Excel spreadsheet without using "AI" -- again.
I’m not sure we fully comprehend how disastrous the Patullo promotion has been from a long-term perspective.
Not sure I've ever heard a trade described as "prolific" before.
I will relax only once we get the “Kevin Patullo will be exploring opportunities elsewhere and won’t return” news, because It still seems like Nick wants to keep him on the staff, and that is untenable. Otherwise, I agree.
Mannion is younger than me and has only two more years of coaching experience than me. So it’s pretty disappointing that I didn’t even get an interview.
The newsletter was fantastic, and to have it scrapped with the vague explanation that it “didn’t work the way we hoped it would” and “wasn’t sustainable for the business” is really disappointing.

Excited for Rams fans that they can spend another offseason explaining how they played the Super Bowl champs tougher than anyone else in the NFL playoffs.
Broadcast ignores the crowd losing their mind as a Rams player taunts Darnold.
That is a ludicrous penalty to call there. Both sides have been yapping all night!
And scoring with less than two minutes in the first half...

Sirianni's ideas about offense are wrong and out of fashion and he has few friends around the league. He's threatening to keep the deposed former OC on his staff. The coaches who you'd want to come in (i.e., to change the offense) are going to be skeptical that they'll have the leeway to do so.
To put this more bluntly, the Eagles OC job isn't as attractive as it should be because the OC is going to have a short-tempered head coach constantly looking over his shoulder.
