It was pretty tasty, but since it was imitation crab it was kinda like a fishstick. I saved some to add to some instant tonkotsu ramen later and the broth from that added a lot. I will say i wish I made a thicker batter/breading for it. Regardless it was good and I'm happy with how they turned out!
