Yeah even at 11-13 (I have no idea when I watched it first lmfao) I kinda knew that the first chunk of the movie was far better than the rest, but being young and full of whimsy definitely made the worse parts still enjoyable

Yeah I definitely think my perception of it is helped by having been 11 when it came out. I think my first watch of it was bc my dad rented it from Drug-Mart so very much a different experience than watching in theaters with a developed frontal lobe LMFAO

I’m not even gonna lie I haven’t rewatched it in years, but it’s one I know by heart has a horrible score so it was the first to come to mind. There’s 100% worse movies out there, and it’s by no means my favorite movie, but it was certainly A Movie and has A Cast and that’s what really counts LMFAO

The fact that you’re not even the first person I’ve heard say this after I bring up Sucker Punch is incredibly entertaining. Arguably the best part of enjoying a widely hated movie is seeing just how much people hate it LMAO
