The BBC News article says the event will be in London. Pity as Leicester is only just up the road.

Missing episode stuff was the thing that grabbed my interest as a casual viewer and made me a fan. I have poured over the episodes, clips, audios etc since 1993. So I don’t put it lightly that today’s news is quite exciting

Devil’s Planet (Broadcast: 27th Nov 1965)

I’ve always assumed it was the Black Dalek and I’m sure the recons did too. Looking forward to finding out all sorts of new details!!
