Agree. BTTE is extremely underrated!
Caught up with ‘Man on the run.’ Nothing new in it but I liked it. Reminds us of how unfashionable he was post Beatles but, for all that, they worked. We should be wary of revisionism but the long overdue rewriting of the Wings’ story is necessary. The record has been put right. They were terrific!

For young people today, it’s impossible to explain just how important, and how massive, MTV was. It defined my generation in so many ways. Its demise powerfully reflects a world that has changed utterly!
It’s hard. I’ve heard Giles Martin express this. It’s unreasonable to expect new and novel material from a band that broke up in 1970. It’s a fair point. But, maybe, Apple should stop trying. In the absence of something genuinely new (eg new insights from Paul and Ringo), they should leave it alone?
Has this been the biggest anticlimax of all time or have fans just become sick of the whole idea? ‘Here’s take 48 of blah, blah, blah…’ It’s been done!
