Pushing through it is exhausting, which just adds to the stress and the inability to focus. Things are more manageable when I have less going on and less to mentally process. Hopefully I'll be able to come back down to earth a bit soon and get back to whatever constitutes as normal for me.❤️

I am also currently trying to chase up a potential ADHD assessment, because good lord it cannot be normal to be unable to function like this. Sorting stuff like this out is exactly the kind of thing I struggle with... I physically can't make my brain do something if it is stuck on something else.
