Hope it was temporary and the grilled non-cheeses helped. Rainy days just call for grilled cheese and mater soup.
I used to use a combination of my pain tracker and FB posts to figure out what caused a new pain after I had tried ignoring it for a month or so, so journaling of a sort can be helpful in many ways. Especially for us medically complicated girlies.

What happened with protests to the Hanover Co, VA Board of Supervisors, comments, & such helped cancel approval of the proposed warehouse there, & got the owners to cancel th sale to 🧊. It’s worth watching what happened there & the others to see how to turn the others from 🟠 to 💚 on the map.
DHS contract tracker has a map of the warehouses bought, canceled, & for sale to DHS for “processing centers”. It gives an overview of the waste of tax $ to purchase, barely refit, & turn these warehouses into places to hold people indefinitely, w/out due process. This is the $75B from the Big Bill.
Note that at least the one in Hanover County VA was voted down by the Board of Supervisors and the Canadian owner of the warehouse backed out of the sale once there was scrutiny & backlash, and the potential impact was made known to the local government officials. One down, more to go.

We need to do what we can to oppose the 🧊 warehouses in our communities. The opposition to the proposed one in Hanover County Virginia was masterful.
