Oh yay! I watched her a bunch last year
Wow. Spouse and I early voted yesterday and it seemed a little busy at the polling place but that's a HELLUVA turnout
In Santa Elana canyon??? I was just in Big Bend last year and it was so incredibly beautiful and I can't even fathom wanting to do this
Why do these fuckers always want to take all of the best parts of us and our country?
Outdoors negotiations? In this economy???
No thank you, I will negotiate only with my partner who gets to snuggle the stuffed Totoro tonight
Thank you for writing it! It's been sitting on my e-reader for months and I got a cold last week and read at least 5 books while I was laid up. It was truly excellent.

A lovely construction of words that made me feel a lot of things in 2 hours. It felt to me like a dedication to humanity's pain and resilience in fantasy/fairy tale wrapping.

Not always, but in egregious cases, absolutely.
Ours was kinda odd in that we had one of the largest marching bands in the state, so...band kids were cool. I was in colorguard and was never made fun of for it! (it probably helped that I knew how to throw a fake wooden rifle in the air without killing myself)
Movie poster for Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die. It has a close up of Sam Rockwell dressed really really weird with a bunch of wires coming out of his head

Time traveling Sam Rockwell sold me immediately, didn't even watch the trailer.

Weird in just the right way, strangely prescient, and it has Sam Rockwell in it

Usually not an anthology gal, but found this to be a pleasantly curated collection & a quick read. Finished in 3-4 hours in 15 min increments.
Those cardboard-ass totino's frozen pepperoni "party" pizzas, especially those weird little pepperoni cubes
Shred the roof of my mouth please, it's delicious hot garbage
Officially starting Act III. There will be an adjustment period where I die A LOT, join in if you want to see that.

Bro it so is
It's been a week since I was in a room with 200+ other people and I feel just as bad as I did when I first noticed the sickness Sunday night.
I'm coughing up things that should not be allowed, y'all

A lot of really neat in-universe history and conceptual magic type shit, interesting characters, hiiiigh stakes. My rating could easily go up when I read book 3
Last minute of the Lace (Act II) fight in Silksong - probably took 10 tries which is honestly too many but heck I'm tired and sick
at least I looked great while getting infected
Karin: works from home and loves it, rarely has to go to the office
Also Karin: was required to go to an in-person half-day for a "2026 Kick-off" celebratory thing on Friday
Also also Karin: test positive for a viral infection today, none of which she has had to deal with for two fucking years

Things have improved some, with a few ups and downs. Will probably make it to therapy next week without getting so down again. Appreciate @thesynthdegree.bsky.social's very good cat picture in the meantime
Just spent an hour watching some of the 2026 Winter Olympics figure skating offerings on YouTube and my god what the human body is capable of is an indescribable and beautiful thing
A woman in her late 30s, posing from the front, wearing a high-waisted grey skirt and black turtleneck. They are both pretty tight.

In case you wanted to know if I can still make my husband's eyes bug out and tongue roll out of his mouth like a cartoon wolf seeing a beautiful woman, yes. Yes i can.
Shame I wasn't wearing my heels yet they really made the fit
Nah, just the things that MAKE people say "jerry no"
