Also had the new car over reaction a stupid speeding moped at a side street junction. I thought he was going to fast to stop n the car did to. Slammed on the brakes as it did appear out of nowhere.

Not a bad lesson tonight. Still need to work on canter but we got some good ones tonight.

It’s the urgent head swing that catches you out. Had a horse I was leading out to a field do this n instant nose bleed!

I'm hoof twiddling 'at work' as I'm waiting for this whole laptop migration to finish. its been going since 9am and its still in the provisioning stage.

No stable photographer today as Squirl stayed home as he’s still not well. Good lesson as well! There is a noticeable difference if I do more no stirrups work on Doug’s.

Monday is going to be a pain. Its laptop migration day, so may c: drive will be wiped and the new overlords image slapped on it. I will have to re-install many apps. luckily I have a separate d: that won't be touched. Then I have blood test in the PM.. yay..

It's remote gaming this weekend. Squirl is still not feeling great. So far I seem to be ok so hoping I skip this bug as we have a long weekend next weekend and don't fancy being an snuffly hoss.

Squirl has come down with a nasty cold. He was feeling a little off yesterday but it's gone into sore throat territory and feeling blegh.

Bloods will now be Monday.

And 2 hours before I'm due blood test, they cancel on me. Now I need to wait till they are back from lunch before trying to get this re-arranged. grrr.

Hmm, good question. I think he gets 2 Hay nets, one morn, one eve. then he gets two feeds as well.

Looks like we'll be paying more for Hay at the stables and since Dougie is a big boy I guess we will have a little more to pay. Hope the hay season this year is better and the grass is too.

Of course it’s sunny when my eyes are all dilated. Ow!!!

So scans good. Field test not good. Eye vision ‘good’ pressures ok? Prob want to see me in 4 months for more field n scan test.
