That has completely flipped.
The lesson to Europe is clear: if you don't win a war, you lose it. We should have put 100% into defeating Russia - and then normalize relations with the new regime like we did with Serbia instead of perpetually keeping Ukraine just strong enough not to lose but also not to win.
