This is the most unhinged thing I’ve seen from any of the courts yet. They’re not just twisting facts, they wrote a ruling for an alternative universe. This is an escalation against trans people, and likely anyone who receives any kind of stigmatized treatment.

I recently met someone who thought "cc" originated as texting slang meaning "see see"—as in, make sure these other named people also "see see" what has been written.
Turns out, this person (under the age of 30) had never noticed it in emails, and only seen it rarely in other contexts.
