It's a funny place, each microgrant has the funding for one (1) receptionist and one (1) "director" so there's an endless tunnel of offices with receptionists and directors for every grant UCLA got. Like I say, I passed on Berkeley so not certain it's the same but suspect it's similar
I don't mean to step on your Berkeley toes here since all my experience was at UCLA but...they probably just have different grants which require them to be named differently based on the grant sponsor? There's a whole building in Westwood dedicated to these microgrants
