A colony ship filled with refugees and veterans of the last Solar War completes a perilous millennia long journey to a new world, only to find it changed in weird & seemingly impossible ways. The colony's hope rides on the shoulders of 6 pilots of mechanized armor suits called “Walkers” to overcome these strange powerful forces, all the while navigating their own internal struggle to mend the wounds and bridge the gaps still present after the last war.
Finally got through the first 4 chapters of the book, at 18k words and feeling good about sharing the first draft of this with folks interested. So if any folks interested in reading a real ROUGH draft let me know.
