Ease of readability and maintenance are always concerns.

I suggest putting a comment at the explaining why dynamic sql is being used. Then mark the usage with a comment showing an example of the expected outcome.

Apart from that, you should be fine.

For something that doesn't have to run too often, it's fine. Note my experience is from PostgreSQL and Oracle, not MS SQL - but I guess the same applies. Trouble with having it run too often is that every SQL-query need to be parsed, planned and then, which can take up lots of cpu resources.

Long list.. But hopefully something in there you can use as well.

As you might notice: Tasks can be managed directly in Obsidian. And, the Dataview plugin will provide you with the Lists you are familiar with from Notion.

As a non-native speaker, a lot of my English vocabulary has come from reading sci-fy and fantasy.
David&Leigh Eddings Belgariad series and later are a good start.
There's also a huge list of Star Wars books from amazing writers. I especially like The Hand of Thrawn series by Timothy Zahn.

I can confirm that I'm "the other Willer".
I actually love this image, the one Liselotte is referring to is nice too, but doesn't work as a profile picture. So, my profile picture is one she took while visiting the museum Kunsten in Aalborg. A reasonable compromise, I hope.
