What about her statement don't you understand? She distinguishes between the IDF's purported "offensive" and "defensive" capacities, and supports funding and arming the IDF for the latter, e.g., the Iron Dome.
She supports arming and funding the genocidal IDF. The real solutions are opposing all arms and funding for the IDF and State of Israel more broadly.
