i have naturally high blood pressure (that also hikes more when i’m stressed) + the fact i was obese made it worse + adhd medication tends to *also* hike it up. just the weight loss was enough for it to no longer edge on too high WITH blood pressure medication when i’m just sitting there. 💀

i mean you can’t make mistakes or pick wrong options, it just tells you or corrects it for you. no need for all that handholding at all. 😭

i really wish i could do something in settings, like, detailed tutorials, or tutorials to just briefly overview the thing but not hold my hand for every fucking step lmfao. ppl less familiar with games like this can leave it on detailed that way.
