That is definitely the most frustrating part. There are clearly some nasty infractions that are being missed.

I am pretty indifferent to this game. I really just want the Leafs to make it through the game with no injuries.

I have often wondered how the writing has been going, glad you're back at it!

It's really scary what's going on down there but even more scary that a large portion of the population is ok with it all.

Have to keep encouraging people to go vote! Still seeing a large number of people posting weird fake stuff in favour of the Conservatives. Also disappointed in some family and friends who say they "just don't vote".

It's just some polls, we have to get out and actually vote still. I'll be worried until the results actually come in on election night but hopefully the polls come true!

Was a super disappointing game to watch.

So far I really like Bluesky. Far less hate and vitriol and I like that. I'd like to see a couple of things though.

1) Better discovery tools - I am lazy and have to actively seek out things I'm interested in
2) Less spammers/scammers - Too much crypto and sex scam bullshit

I actually saw a good commercial on TV last night during the hockey game where it would show Trump saying something then Pierre basically saying the same thing. I thought it was a good one.

His track record speaks for itself. While we continue to resist, we should take comfort in that he is deeply incompetent, not very bright & his policies are hurting even his most devoted supporters. Let's not get in the way of his inevitable self-destruction.

Now I hope he fades away quietly and gets to relax. He's been under attack for years. Sure he has some self inflicted wounds but the vitriol hurled at him was pretty disgusting quite often.

Anytime I see "WEF", "Globalist", "Must get your news from CBC", etc etc I just roll my eyes and move on...it's so tiring.

I need more tech related people to follow here, taking suggestions. I'm interested in programming languages like PHP (Laravel and Symfony), Rust, Go, C#, Flutter/Dart, etc. Starting to get into AI as well so maybe even some Python.

People just willingly stick their head in the sand or something when it comes to facts. Being attacked by our neighbour and their psycho leader and stupid Musk is super frustrating as well.

I rarely post here ever and I haven't been browsing social media much anymore but am glad that Bluesky is here. I just can't spend any time on Twitter as the vitriol is out of control. Facebook is getting equally as bad in the comments.

I've seen so many big larpey Space Marine weirdos have a meltdown over my various Warhammer40k series to confirm it's 100% true.

My last dog was like that. He'd sleep under the covers by my feet and I loved it. He passed a couple years ago and we have a new puppy and she sleeps in her crate because when she's on the bed she runs around like crazy just having a fun old time and doesn't rest lol
