It is with a heavy heart that I announce that @blu-e.bsky.social will be closing shop by the end of June.

Attached below is a letter regarding this but in summary, this all stems from mental health struggles and a shift in my view of my future in sim racing and life.

Thank you to the SC staff that welcomed me into the team, that was huge and overwhelming but exciting because it was new.

Thank you to SC it's self for being a new experience, with so many fantastic fursuits.

What is clear is that some of you may notice I'll be quieter. Some of you may notice I'm withdrawn. Some may notice I put less effort in.

You can take it personally but I'm already not bothered by it, I have feelings too.

You could also embrace it and look at it as taking time to myself.

The realisation that you don't fit in with certain groups, or that they don't like you when you think they do, or that they don't have time for you when you're willing to put time into them...it's never clear until you're there in person

The highs have been my first Scotiacon, my first time staffing an event, meeting new people and being helpful to whoever approached the ConOps desk.

The lows have been so low it upsets me to think about

After a year out of racing I can honestly say I expected better, and that it left me purely frustrated as I was doing well coming from the back of the grid.

I'll be honest it was bitter yesterday - after troubles AGAIN with ACC liveries, I didn't get a space to set a lap, and then 2x pitstops, one for fuel, to which I didn't put enough in and came rolling to a stop on the last corner of the last lap.

Stood in the lift going up to work this morning and one of the consultants I look after walked in and started saying just how good a job I was doing...as if that wasn't embarrassing enough my upper manager and his senior manager walked in and started to join in!
