High Court has ruled the UK Government acted unlawfully & disproportionately in proscribing Palestine Action under terrorism legislation.
Terror laws must address genuine threats, not political dissent. Civil liberties & peaceful protest are core democratic protections, and Greens will defend them.

As a local Councillor, if I did something as reckless as Gordon Lyons I would be held accountable by the local government commissioner for standards, and likely suspended or disqualified from my public role.
