Working with Bridget Phillipson, I’ve secured £210,519 to deliver Best Start Family Hub services in Worcestershire by April 2026 - part of this Government’s plan to give every child the best start in life.
Really welcome news - £80 million secured for children’s hospices over the next 3 years, ending short-sighted annual funding cycles.

📮 Met with Royal Mail leaders at Redditch Delivery Office to discuss delays. Pleased to hear of recent improvements thanks to our hardworking postal staff - but residents deserve reliable daily deliveries, especially for urgent letters. I’ll keep pushing for further progress.

Allergy related child fatalities happen more in school than any other setting.
Tomorrow, I will be tabling the Schools (Allergy Safety) Bill to try and change that.
I’m calling for schools to have an allergy policy, for staff to undergo allergy training, and for spare AAIs.
