So in a nutshell, we do not code in JavaScript but ECMAScript and at any time Oracle could "try" to enforce their trademark on us, but it wouldn't stand a chance in court, thus "Free JavaScript" is a thing with the goal to rename ECMAScript to JavaScript? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
