Looked up this article to make sure it was accurate. Of course, since it is the New York Times, some might argue that the reporter was treating the Nazis very very unfairly. After all, as Goebbels asserted, they told the funniest jokes of all time. www.nytimes.com/1939/02/04/a...

Former Marine and DeKalb County officer David Rose was shot and killed in August when he confronted a vaccine denier attacking the Atlanta office of the Centers for Disease Control. He left a wife and three children. If anyone deserves half-mast flags and the Presidential Medal of Freedom, it's him.

Here at the NCAA Birmingham Regional, we ran into some Tennessee reporters. Of course we talked about the great Pat Summitt. One of the toughest parts of our second edition was chronicling Pat's all-too-early death. But it was also clear her influence would last far longer.

Saw my first butterfly the other day – a Cabbage White. The season begins! Dandelions provide early-season nectar for all sorts of insects. For info about growing a butterfly-friendly garden, see the article I published in Queen City Nerve back in July. qcnerve.com/what-to-know...

As we head to our book signing in DC, we're reminded of Chris Weller, who coached at Maryland from 1975 to 2002. Frustrated by a lack of opportunity at home, Weller helped to organize a college club team and "felt like I grew and found myself." She ended up in the Hall of Fame.

The Post does great work; I continue to subscribe. But IMHO the idea that Trump has a plan and simply can’t explain it is entirely pro-Trump, given all the evidence that he doesn’t really have a plan. I have tremendous respect for you, and would be glad to hear why you think my analysis is wrong.
