Extreme heat is the most deadly weather event in the US.
Images are critical pieces of any news story β they draw readers in and help to communicate the story itself. However, publications continue to publish photos that fail to convey the severity and danger of extreme heat.
By shifting the focus of federal reviews from "whether" to built infrastructure & energy projects including climate-harming fossil fuel projects, to "how to best advance them", Bill C-5 risks projects proceeding without prior health and environmental assessments. @cpche.ca @cpha-acsp.bsky.social
