I am okay.

It is really difficult to live with a life with a permanent injury that is not visible to the eye.

I hear you. At this point in time, I'm more facing the mental health challenges with the sudden change in lifestyle.

Basically, I will have to turn my whole body to face a direction instead of twisting my trunk. Also bending will only amount to a small lean.

That's the nuclear answer, yes. Otherwise I "will have to deal with it" if I don't want to go that far.

Injury update.

The spinal disk is free roaming. Meaning it will slide around and will keep crashing into my spinal cord.

FYI normal disks stay put.

There is no fix unless I want to permanently give up bending or twisting my body by fusing the lumbar.
