And now Iβm sad.
And now Iβm sad.
I am 100% here and ready to read Sewers & Sloths!
*ting!*
Allow me to present the first of my semi-regular messages to @bsky.app that, as a left handed scroller, I LOATHE the placement of the refresh button.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Why, I posted this fresh meme just yesterday!
In my opinion, you canβt separate Shatner from Kirk. To do that, which Pine and Wesley have largely done, amounts to just creating a new character and giving him the name Kirk.
I remain firm, and secure in my differentiation between actors and roles.
I maintain one of the biggest missed casting opportunities in history was not casting James Spader as Captain Kirk in the movies. I am certain he would do an absolutely perfect Shatner/Kirk.
Just what I was looking for. Thanks!
In trying to look deeper into this, Iβm guessing the text here is paraphrased? Iβm not finding anything in their ToS like this other than standard convention media release language. Can I get a source on this?
Inspired to a quick & dirty photoshop.
Caught your post via repost, and was inspired to a quick photoshop.
I mean, just look at this. Save some talent for the rest of us, you guys!

In all my years in the industry (βback in my dayβ), even with the big swings we took with layout in Archmagic, I never would have guessed ttrpg book layout would have evolved into what itβs become. I keep seeing new stuff and thinking, βI wish weβd done that!β Just amazing work, you guys!
I made a thing. I feel very clever.
A black & white vintage book plate (plate lithograph from "The Masterpieces of French Art Vol II" by Louis Viardot, 1883) showing the painting "Christ's Invitation to the Afflicted" by Albert Maignan, 1879. The print depicts Christ standing before a group of sick and lamenting people. On this print I have begun painting a saluting, green, plastic toy soldier. It is standing on a tall stack of coins.
"money, money, money (saviour inc.)", oil on vintage print, 10 1/4 x 14 1/4", 2026- $400(Cdn) #art
An old favorite.
Drop something red π©Έ
Red is harder in ceramics, but I do have this:
Itβs been three days since I saw The Bride!, and I still canβt decide if itβs an amazing movie or a terrible movie. I do know that it is definitely not something in between.
Man, if I had $200k burning a hole in my pocketβ¦

Often on my mind:
When gamers post pics of their shelves, I like looking for books I was involved in. Just saw this interview with Monte Cook (of enviably successful Monte Cook Games), and look, in the corner⦠Demons II, Demons, Sentinels, and To Hell and Back, all from my line editor days at Mayfair! Big nostalgia!
Corpses of enormous traveling beasts are investigated; heart chambers have become sleeping chambers; the paladin feels sure sheβs not noticing something; lizardmen on snakeback arrive; and one of the porters tries to kill them in their sleep; on tonightβs session of Into the Sunken Lands!
My players got me gourmet cookie assortments for National GM Day! We also got to play today, so double win!
Million dollar idea: Some coffee bean producer needs to come up with a coffee that tastes good after itβs reheated in the microwaved.
Happy GMβs Day to all the GMs whoβve worked so hard to entertain me over the years and those who Iβve learned so much from! Thank you.

My players are back in The Sunken Lands tomorrow. Very excited!
Blogrog.
Feel free to steal that.
