The more of these fascist atrocities I see, the more I become an immigration maximalist. Let everyone in, give everyone work permits/green cards. Make it possible to get citizenship within a few months. Make it as easy as getting a driver's license.

Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

This is such a specific trope to be a fan of but I’m such a sucker for “there’s an organization of people you have to take out, now go take them out one by one” as a story structure. Love when there’s a group of evil guys you have to cross off a list
