What are Democrats doing to address the high cost of housing?
Understood. Iβm going to take a look at the Internet Archive and see if the previous documents are captured there
Is there a resource youβre using to track the differences? Iβm curious to see exactly the differences between the pages
Are they going to publish a list of action items they are going to execute in response to this press conference? Were you able to capture the actions they will be taking?

Both Duckworth and Durbin voted no on the confirmation of Sean Duffy. Call their DC offices and let them know you approve of their decisions.

I ran $100 billion in Infrastructure and IRA programs at EPA. We obligated over $70 billion onto signed awards and contracts to protect public health and the environment. All that funding is currently frozen. Here are the factsβ¦

Can you adapt the presentation for publication here? Videos, snippets, etc?
Iβm very curious to learn this history.
Graph comparing changes in global surface temperature over time. It features two panels: the left shows reconstructed and observed temperature changes from 1850 to 2020, highlighting unprecedented warming in the last 175 years. the right shows the change in global surface temperature (annual average) from 1850 to 2020. It shows the observed temperature, along with simulated temperature with and without human influence. The simulation that doesnβt include human influence cannot reproduce what is observed.
There's natural variability in climate, but it's never changed so rapidly and dramatically. We know it's due to humans because when we only look at the natural forcing and ignore human influence, we can't reproduce the observed changes. It's real and it's us.

Not that I disagree with that rule in general, but I think Klimovβs Come and See does a good job of depicting the horrors of war without any heroic or glamorous storylines.

Assuming full deployment of the ticketing technology across all buses in this region, what is the available service hour total? Do you expect the warning per service-hour ratio to be maintained?
Dug up the results from the first 30 days of the Safe Streets Pilot
2793 warnings issued
$349.6k in hypothetical revenue collected*
64% capture accuracy rate**
402 service hours from 4 vehicles on 19 days (~7 violations/hr)
Day with most violations: Nov 20th with 270 violations
Top hours: 8-10am
Sure! But the parking allotted to this development brings at least 175 new cars to the neighborhood and gives residents the convenience to drive without worrying about having a spot when they return. This induces more driving, even in an area served by public transit.
Did the developer provide justification for their need for more parking? Or is it just βbuyers want itβ?
Six levels of parking deck for 175 space (0.7 spaces/unit @ 250 units) seems excessive and will negatively impact the neighborhood with induced car usage.
Frame 1: A man with the seal of the United States Government superimposed over his face riding a bike. Frame 2: The man places a stick through the spokes of the front wheel. The stick has been superimposed with the face of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the presumption selection of the Health and Human Services administration. The stick symbolizes the intentional sabotage committed by Trump to undermine the efficacy of government programs and sow distrust in institutions. Frame 3: The man has crashed onto the ground, holding his knee. He is distraught that such a fare could have befallen him.
Every pick coming out of the Trump admin:
If the Bloor West, Yonge, and University cycle tracks are removed, more than a quarter of Torontoβs census dissemination areas (1,019 of 3,702) will lose potential customers who can arrive safely by bike. The fractional decrease in the number of people who can access each Census Dissemination Area is shown on a scale from purple (dark) to yellow (light).
If the Bloor, Yonge, & University cycle tracks are removed:
- Businesses along Yonge and Bloor will lose half of the people who can get there safely by bike within 30 min
- Over 600,000 people will have fewer destinations accessible by bike.

Toxicologist here for any fluoride concerns! The amount of fluoride added to water to prevent tooth decay is so minuscule thatβno matter your age, size, or health statusβyou would die from water poisoning long before you could ever even start getting toxicity from fluoride. Fluoridated water is safe
