These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

I understand stressed/sad but “…chose not to vote…now look…” is blaming those who didn’t vote.
We need to recognize why we’re here, & it’s not bc a bunch of people decided to sit this one out for no reason at all.
And,
voting is the absolute bare minimum. There is much to be done outside that

No one is defending the GOP but the refusal to hold Dems accountable, to hold them to some sort of standard, is a fundamental aspect of why we’re here. And y’all keep doing it.

Your ire is woefully misdirected.

Lay blame where it belongs, at the feet of the Democratic party. They have been complicit cowards who were more concerned with aiding and abetting genocide than they were serving the people and giving them something worth actually voting for.

I keep saying this is the time to find your community abd build. And I keep getting DMs and texts of people who want to find community but say they don't know how.

So here's a couple tips that I personally have found to be useful.

This is not simply an attempt to ban an app. It is a full-fledged attack on people’s community building with no stopgap in place to curb the U.S. oligarchy at its highest levels.
