I’m so tired I might be missing the punchline. But I think the gist is nuclear energy must be part of a greener energy conversation. If that’s it, I’m yes. 👍

I'm an accessibility engineer with a bad automation habit. Reading a baker's dozen books. I'll start blogging again at continuumdesign.net someday. Opinions? They’re mine. Not yours, not theirs, not my employer’s. So there their they’re.

“Better to keep quiet and let people think you’re an idiot than speak up and confirm it.”
He’ll edit the sound bite, send it to the base, and strut around like a fucking peacock claiming he won. Standard dictator crap.
Donald Trump will never admit a mistake, even if everyone else sees it for what it is.
Hehe. Soul reaver.
That’s the energy we need today. A great tune. How about Slum Cessna’s slightly NSFW Last Song About Satan? m.youtube.com/watch?v=tZXW...
Crazy day deserves a crazy type video. Makes us smile ..

It still doesn’t excuse Musk and his bullshit. Or his minions. Or their bullshit. But this is Trump’s America. Nothing to see here folks.
DOGE ran off with the data with all the subtlety of a smash and grab robbery. I guess the only upside is that between Equifax, Anthem, and a few dozen smaller regional data houses, most of that data was in the wild anyway.
A DOGE staffer assigned to the National Endowment for the Humanities to flag grants for "DEI" tries to explain what "DEI" is. This deposition is part of a lawsuit by the @acls1919.bsky.social, @historians.org and @modernlanguage.bsky.social.
We are aware of recent reports regarding targeted phishing attacks that have resulted in account takeovers of some Signal users, including government officials and journalists. We take this very seriously. 1/7
I wonder if the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is topped up.
I’d hope so, but hope is a commodity we really can’t afford in this timeline.
So let’s see. In 2026 Trump has:
1. Kidnapped a sitting leader of an oil producing nation
2. Started a war with another major producing nation. Who ALSO has the capacity to choke world supplies.
3. Presumably going to angle for a third producer’s sanctions be reduced or dropped.
And Venezuela’s refining infrastructure is in poor shape. So there won’t be a quick timeline bringing that crude to market.
20-25% of the world’s oil travels through that strait. Oil’s over $110 a barrel on the spot market. Can’t wait to see what gas prices look like as we get closer to summer. /s
Does anyone else wonder when sanctions against Russian #oil are going to be lifted? I mean with the Strait of Hormuz closed for business, it’d sure be handy for Trump to claim a win.
And Putin to rearm his war machine.
The grift would be pathetic if it wasn’t so transparent.
🫤
Nope.
What in the Sam Hill is this fool talking about? Let’s get on with removing his access to all the things.
Of course that would require Congress to grow a spine. Wonder what kind of odds Polymarket’s giving on a 25th Amendment event.
AS WE GET OLDER,
IT IS NOT UNUSUAL
TO FIXATE ON ONE THING.
Clearly our President has no staff to proof-read his tweets. How much more embarrassing can this get? This tweet literally means nothing. Every sentence in this tweet is grammatically incorrect.
Lindsey’s diplomacy working wonders in UAE.
Truly unbelievable stuff. Just up there shamelessly lying his ass off
Lindsey Graham @LindseyGrahamSC X.com The American Embassy is being evacuated in Riyadh because of sustained attacks by Iran against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is my understanding the Kingdom refuses to use their capable military as a part of an effort to end the barbaric and terrorist Iranian regime who has terrorized the region and killed 7 Americans. Question - why should America do a defense agreement with a country like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is unwilling to join a fight of mutual interest? Americans are dying and the U.S. is spending billions to dislodge the terrorist Iranian regime that threatens the region. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia seems to be issuing statements and doing things in the background that are marginally helpful, but unwilling to participate in military operations to end the reign of terror coming out of Iran. Hopefully Gulf Cooperation Council countries will get more involved as this fight is in their backyard. If you are not willing to use your military now, when are you willing to use it? Hopefully this changes soon. If not, consequences will follow.
1. Is Lindsey Graham the U.S. Secretary of State now?
Is he coordinating these threats against a U.S. ally with the White House?
Now he is demanding that a top U.S. ally enter a regime-change war?
And then threatening, “Hopefully this changes soon… if not, consequences will follow.”
Don’t Believe One Word From this President….
