This is a centennial cookbook from Kansas (Happy Kansas Day! 🌻) I love this cookbook because 1) it categorizes the food from all the different heritage groups and gives background about their presence and contributions to Kansas history. 2) it begins with a recipe for treating snake bites.
I'm still learning how to use this platform, I hope y'all had a wonderful Kansas Day!
