When a person declines what is on the menu for dinner. There is always a home made pizza using leftovers. This one is made with chicken leftovers and bacon. Can also add spinach leaves to this for extra color and flavour. Recipe for dough is below in the other pizza posted on profile.

Baking and cooking never stop for me. I work with hungry teens and am always thinking of how to turn the everyday crap they eat into something that is healthier and tastes just as good or better. For instance store bought pizza in a box, I make it from scratch.

Maybe a little bit. I find every stays fresher as individual servings less chance of going stale like with cakes and pies cut one piece and the rest is somewhat expose to elements and staleness

I made them last year, going to make some more this year. I am thinking of doing them in muffin tin to be already individual servings
