I read a couple of paragraphs and concluded that it’s a poorly written article by someone who doesn’t do the research and appears to rely on “AI” to provide answers.

I have a sad story. I had been babying a container of homemade jalapeño in oil that I had been gifted, keeping it mostly for the infused oil, but found some helpful person disposed of it out of the fridge it was being stored in & I’m still bereft. I’m now growing my own so will try this for myself
