The little pockets of space we used to have in the NHS have been gradually redefined as 'waste'. Space to respond well to a dynamic context; space to have MDTs to support good care; space for listening & to hear how everyone's doing.
It is not better for everything & everyone to be completely full.

I watched ‘I Swear’ & I’m still feeling it in my chest. It’s heartbreaking and beautiful. Why is Palantir being given NHS contracts? They are reportedly involved with rounding up migrants in the US and targeting mainly civilians in Gaza.
