... by using other counrties oil tankers to locate and destroy the mines
@stuinnorway
Office machine service technician who cycles and takes photos in between customers and in free time. Apparently cycling too fast and too slow at the same time. Posts will be a mix of English and Norwegian, although I try to stick to one language at a time.

But why build an extra train track when they can build an 8 lane highway using 6 times more land ? I mean it's not like you can send shipping containers or truck trailers by rail.... or can you ? Norway does it daily. Lift artic trailers onto special train wagons, that take seacans or trailers.
No idea. That is all I've ever seen of it. I would assume 2nd autopsy to confirm cause or check for other things (fresh blood screens/look for old injuries)
Murder mystery TV only teaches so much. ๐
Can someone PLEASE explain to me how MAGA still think this man is fit to hold the office of President ?
I believe this may be the stupidest thing he has said, . . . . SO FAR
Give him a couple of hours, I'm sure he can top it.
This oldie came to mind. (With a slight update)
He reminds me of the quote about a lawyer in a courtroom.. Slight update made to suit.
Hmm something fishy going on here.

Not denying that, but spraying a water extinguiser onto an electrical fire is not going to help anything.
Or it could be "Return of the pearly King"
Followed by "The Two Coffee Towers"
(I can promise they are worth driving to St Andrews to have one, have a Fudge Donut too)
I can also testify, not to charge lithium packs unattended. Unsure if it was the battery pack or cable actually caused the issue, but the smell was awful.
If his description is accurate, I hope the vape shop has good liability insurance, as that sounds like a very suspect electrical setup that appears to be the initial source of the fire.
"Helpfull" paser by may have inadvertantly caused the fire in Glasgow to be much worse, sees a small electrica fire, goes to a shop 2 doors down, grabs a WATER extinguiser (as seen from footage) and sprays the rack of chargers.
Oddly every single article has an AI image alongside it, I'm sure that's coincidence.... and not at all a means to post masses of articles to put your sponsors ads on
Possible a pseudonymn as he doesn't like his given surname of Kerr with his first name.
Someone get those AI tourists back behing teh AI Police tape too
That was meant to say "The smae angle the AI image CLAIMS to be from"
The other clue is all the people with suitcases INSIDE the Police cordon with no one chasing them out.
A staggering loss for Glasgow, and proof AI should go and do one.
Not to mention Grok claiming the "real" footage was AI fakes, or footage from the current middle east "disagreement"
Also for these types of image, Google Streetview is your friend. This is the view (pre-fire) from the same (approx) angle as the AI image
Maybe they need MORE red and high vis to make is clearer..... ๐คฃ
Tankers have been known to anchor off the coast for 2 days, so that when they dock the oil price has risen more and the company has earned a dollop of extra millions on the 2 day delay.
Remember also that the natural fluctuations in price we see day to day are "normal" but when a major shippiung route for a large percentage of global oil and LNG supplies is closed, and the market prices rocket, that's petrol stations at the bottom profiteering.
"I" know that, some people spouting opinions on the internet still seem to believe EVs catch fire all the time
It's amazing how har it is to get these people to look at actual statistics.
Yeah, chargers are also a bit issue. If they don't stop, and allow overcharging, ๐ฅ
Well I got that one done in a hurry for once.

Meanwhile under Muthk's watch....
Think I initially replied to Nick's reply, without scrolling back up properly .. .. My bad
DOH ! Whoops. Things moving a bit quick, and on several threads.
Was just chatting to another friend over there, he said teh same, limited access to get water into the fire (partly due to it backing onto the station, short of them busting out the roof with a high access platform)
Also the warren of tunnels below the station and hotel buildins
The official reports are that is started in a vape shop. The cause may not be a faulty vape, but all those lithium cells sure won't have helped.
Once it got into the ancient, very dry, timbers of the buildings structure it was never going to be a simply fire to put out.
This is no longer about saving the corner building. It's lost. All the SFRS can do is try to prevent what would be a catastrophic spread to Glasgow Central Station.
